Methamphetamine

The pictures on this page will give you a very small sample of the toxic waste that's dumped after the manufacturing process is completed. This waste turns up in trash cans, its found in alleys, along highways, in the back of vehicles, our parks and forests. Lt. Moriarty has said that "Meth manufacturers are turning our state into a toxic dumping ground."

If you should ever come across suspicious waste report it to the authorities, don't ever get too close, touch or move it. Do not under any circumstances open a plastic trash bag you're not familiar with! The byproducts of Methamphetamine are toxic and can be lethal.

The types of trash that should raise a red flag are: large numbers of empty chemical containers, cold medicine boxes, buckets of sludge, charred or broken glassware, charred or broken chemistry equipment, pipes, hoses, hot plates, large trash bags, and burned pots and pans.
